100% Chardonnay from our own vineyards, aged 11 months in French oak barrels.
Bottled in August 2006. Released in September 2006.
Nose – This rich Chardonnay has nice toast aromas with nutty vanilla and a touch of baked apple. Taste – This well integrated wine has ample richness with bright citrus backed by soft oak. Great balance and structure give this wine, very nice length and finish. Food Pairing – An ideal match for rich seafood, poultry and shellfish.
