100% Viognier, 15% Residual Sugar. Bottled in August 2006. Released in October 2006 Nose – This marvelous dessert wine has scents of peach and apricot with rich candied citrus, and a racy acidity with a touch of oak. Taste – This wine exhibits a wonderful balance of acidity and sweetness to balance the wine. Multiple layers of flavors on the palate with apricot, peach and mango notes backed by a touch of oak and sweetness. Food Pairing – This wine will pair beautifully with foie gras and caviar. It will also be a perfect accompaniment for rich desserts such as fig, pear and apple tarts with ice cream, non-chocolate dessert and strong cheeses.
