65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and Touriga, 5% Petit Verdot, aged 10 months in French oak barrels.
Bottled in July 2006. Released in August 2006.
Nose – . This Cabernet Sauvignon red blend exhibits aromas of bright cherry and eucalyptus. Taste – Silky wine with slight toast and currents. Food Pairing – Will pair well with pork, lamb and veal dishes.
