A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels.
Bottled in July 2006. Released in August 2006.
Nose – This red table wine blend is very approachable and easy to drink with aromas of framboise and violets. Taste – This rich concentrated red wines has notes of currents, soft tannins and slight oak with a rich structure. Food Pairing – This wine is very versatile and will pair well with a variety of foods including cheeses, pastas and lighter meats.
