Bottled in July 2011. Released in September 2011.
Nose - The aromas of pepper, spice and chocolate are enhanced by the subtle cherry, blackberry and tobacco notesTaste- A full bodied medium sweet blend, this wine carries all the true traditional characteristics of a fine barrel aged wine. The finish is long and pleasing. The age ability of this wine is quasi unlimited and will truly appreciate with ten plus years in the bottle. Food Pairing – This wine will pair well with cheeses and desserts.
