Aged 7 months in neutral French oak barrels.
Bottled in March 2012. Released in March 2012.
Nose – Sweet tropical aromas convey through the light floral notes and fresh fruit.
Taste – Pear and peach that integrate nicely with the acidity. This is a fruity sweet white wine.
Food Pairing – Aged in neutral oak, this wine is a light crisp summer wine. Drink cold as an aperitif or with lighter fare.
