Nose – Classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas with fresh cut grass and lemon peel. Bright and fresh aromas of melon, lime and spring flowers.
Taste – Well structured, with a tangy acidity and grapefruit notes. This is made in the old world style with crispness and vibrancy. The weight on the palate is exceptional for this variety, with abundant citrus and texture. There are some nice earthy notes, minerality and lovely acidity. The wine finishes crisp with great balance.
Food Pairing – Ideal for immediate consumption and a great match for shellfish and seafood.
