Nose – A fresh and very crisp combination of aromas of lovely apple and pear notes, backed up by a subtle hint of toasted oak and slight vanilla on the finish. Taste – The fresh fruit exhibits a good balance and structure. The oak is soft and gentle and complements the citrus flavors. The finish is very crisp and clean.Food Pairing – This wine shows classic Chardonnay character and will pair well with grilled poultry or light fish.
