Nose – The aromatics are concentrated with white flowers, peach and apricots, as well as floral notes that liven up the nose. This is a dense wine with many layers of aromatic flavors and a hint of sweetness.
Taste – Round and soft with hints of candied peach, grapefruit and dried apricot match nicely with the acidity. Very expansive on the palate, with a lingering finish that makes for a very heavy weighted wine with a lot of length. This is a wine that expresses the nature of the Viognier grape with its power and intensity.
Food Pairing – A perfect wine for shellfish, lobster, crab or richer seafood dishes.
