Bottled in May 2006. Released in June 2006.
Nose – This great Cabernet Franc exhibits bright cherry and plum aromas. Taste – This heavily extracted wine has bright red fruit with firm tannins and great depth. Food Pairing – Will pair well with heavier meats, boeuf bourguignon, beef Wellington.
