A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged 10 months in neutral French oak barrels.
Bottled in April 2007. Released in May 2007
Nose – Nice hints of pear and citrus are backed by a touch of oak.
Taste –A very rich and round style on the palate is balanced by crisp acidity and a nice touch of oak.. It has 2% residual sugar.
"Food Pairing – A ready to drink style, perfect for summer fare. Great for white cream sauces on fish and pasta.
