With over 20 years of experience functioning as a farm manager for 600 and 250-acre properties, Paul also has extensive experience as a superintendent of large, privately owned estates and privately owned golf courses. Paul received his bachelors in Viticulture at California State University at Fresno and he has been working in the Virginia grape industry for over 20 years.  Mr. Mierzejewski is actively involved in the running of the cellar and the physical processes of making the wine.
