The European-styled terraced terrain
of the DelFosse Winery provides unique wine-growing
conditions. Our team of viticulturalists and
winemakers approach the challenges of the terrain with
creativity, experience and passion. The DelFosse
Winery currently has ten varietals planted:
Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit
Manseng, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot,
Malbec, Petit Verdot and Chambourcin. Most of
these wines are aged in French oak barrels, though the
Viognier is aged in stainless steel to preserve its
aromatic flavors. |
