Taste – Very concentrated fruit is highlighted by fresh cherry and oak components. This wine has great structure and mouth feel. The tannins are mature, but yet need time to develop which makes this wine very age worthy.

This wine will hold up to heavier beef dishes and even spicier or peppery sauces.
