• Wine club allocations are charged quarterly in March, June, September, and December.  Your card on file will be charged on the first of the quarter for your selected bottles of wine.  The cost of the wine club per quarter varies depending on which wines you opt to purchase.  The cost per quarter = the price of the bottles you select - your club discount + tax + shipping (if applicable). The average cost per quarter typically falls around $70-$80.

• All quarterly allocations are fully customizable.  While we do make suggestions each quarter for 3, 4, or 6 bottles, you can opt to keep our suggestions or switch any bottle(s) to a bottle of your choice.

• Wine club members are sent two email reminders leading up to each quarterly release to notify them of Mountain & Vine's recommended selections and to give members the opportunity to switch their selections or update their information.  Please make sure your email on file is monitored regularly so you do not miss out on any important wine club updates and news.

• Members who have their wines shipped have until one day prior to the first of the quarter to make any adjustments to their wine selections or shipping address.  Members who pick up their wines have the opportunity to switch out their wines when they come to pick up their quarterly allocations.

• Mountain & Vine will hold your quarterly allocations for up to one year.  We also offer temporary shipping of pick-up wine club orders for a small fee.

• Enjoy a free flight or glass for you and a friend on your next visit following your initial visit in which you sign up for the wine club; and every visit after, while you are still an active club member.

• Wine Club discounts apply both when ordering online and when visiting the winery. Wine Club members have an exclusive shopping page available only to club members, which includes club discounts and wines available for members only.  If you have any issues with applying your discount to an online order, please email info@delfossewine.com or call (434) 263-6100 during business hours.

• Quarterly selections (March, June, September, December) must include a minimum 3, 4, or 6 bottles of wine (dependent upon which membership tier you are a part of).  Many wine club members opt to add extra bottles to their pickup orders or shipments.  Your membership discount applies to bottles bought at any time as long as your membership is active.
